Multicultural Classroom Model
A pioneering pedagogical framework developed by Dr Dan-Ogosi to embed cultural responsiveness into higher education teaching. The model equips academic staff with evidence-based strategies to design inclusive, culturally-aware learning environments that reflect the diversity of the student body and the communities public health serves.

UWE Bristol
As Co-Chair of this national initiative at UWE Bristol, Dr Dan-Ogosi leads efforts to support, mentor, and elevate Black women academics on their pathway to professorship. The programme directly challenges the severe underrepresentation of Black women professors in UK higher education.

UWE Black Women's Higher Education Network
Co-founded to create a dedicated professional home for Black women staff and students at UWE Bristol. Black Women's Higher Education Network — Safe Space Initiative
An extension of the UWE Black Women's Higher Education Network, the Safe Space Initiative creates structured, confidential environments where Black women in academia can speak openly about lived experiences, challenges, and strategies — free from the institutional pressures that often silence these conversations.
